Everyone needs a good humbling now and then.

Normally I have a hard time with contrast. I work with black, white, and 5-ish shades of grey, so it can get hard to make similarly colored objects stand out. Likewise, my scanner either makes the blacks super strong but destroys lighter colors, or keeps lighter colors but makes the darks super washed-out. Most of this image is darker colors, and I cranked up the contrast, so it came out shockingly well. I used a lot of Sharpie to make objects stick out from the walls, which gave everything this really spooky "spotlight" look. Defo using that more.
