I used to have nightmares like this. I was scared to go into the kitchen at night.

3 guesses as to what the panels are supposed to look like. I did a ton of these funny "gimmick" panels last year, but I wanted to focus more on storytelling this time. I thought about bringing 'em back, but they were a bit of a pain to work around, and I wanted to experiment with my art instead of just doing more of the same now that I have the time for it. The lighting's a little off in the smaller panels; it's supposed to look like bright fridge lighting, but it sorta looks like I forgot to shade the characters.
