Trying something a little different this time: traditional lines with digital colors! I'm currently away from my scanner, so I had to take a photo instead, which is why some of the pine branches are a little annihilated. I used a 50's comic color palette which wasn't as limiting as I though and was actually really fun to work with. I tried to keep the moody shading that's in most of my work, but it's surprisingly hard to do with a mouse. I wasn't gonna do Transformers again, but I liked the visual of them putting aside their war to celebrate the holidays, instead of some generic Toy Story toys.

I've got some other surprises planned, but that might wait until after Christmas.
